Construction - from initial review of details, cost reporting, managing and scheduling of daily construction activities, project meetings and coordination with design team to obtaining temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
Post Construction - from completion of punch list, as built-drawings, securing all warranties and manuals, coordinating training of owner personnel and start-up engineers and technicians, to obtaining the final Certificate of Occupancy.
