Terry is Wesely Thomas' Vice President and Senior Project Manager. He works directly with owners, developers, architects and engineers, managing all field supervisors and coordinating the company’s continuous education and training programs.
His broad experience encompasses construction of pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, clean rooms, office buildings, hotels, medical buildings, communication facilities and shopping malls with a strong exposure in remodeling and renovation work. Terry has the unique experience of successfully coordinating single projects which consecutively incorporate many different sites.
As an expert in architectural precast concrete, Terry coordinated the design, detailing, and production of exterior concrete panels on a multi-use, highrise project recognized throughout the industry for the outstanding quality of its concrete work. He has also managed a number of new concrete tilt-up and precast construction projects as well as tenant finish and renovation projects.
Terry received his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Int'l Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), and International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). His continuing education and seminars include cGMP Training, F.M.I. Construction Management, Cleanrooms West and Dale Carnegie Leadership Training.
Terry and his wife Lisa live in the Santa Rosa Valley community in Ventura County.
