John Morgan

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Mr. Morgan is responsible for taking the project from infancy through the warranty period. He is the liaison between the contractor and the client. During the design and development phase of the project, he will work closely with the client, and the design team, helping to establish and maintain the budget, develop the construction schedule, and assist the design team with innovative construction options. Upon start of the construction phase, Mr. Morgan will manage all contract scope changes, negotiate all subcontracts, prepare progress billing for client review, insure that the WTE construction team has sufficient resources to execute the work, and in general monitor the project to the extent required to insure that any interface between new construction and existing facilities is not disruptive, that the construction stays within budget and the contracted completion date is met.

John Morgan has accomplished many successful design assist projects. The success to these has been utilizing a collaborative approach with the owner's representative, facilities engineer, design engineer, architect, structural engineer and other MEP engineers. On these projects, the focus is to investigate and provide solutions that benefit the entire project with respect to price, product and schedule.

John has strong experience developing and directing project teams for public, private, commercial, office, retail, institutional, and religious facilities. He was a Project Manager for a number of pharmaceutical laboratory and support facility renovations at AMGEN as well as other major clients in Ventura County.
